Joseph R. S. Levi is a trail blazer in the art of posting his works, with the use of imagery on Facebook. His talented and effective style of conveying his inspirational messages has come to touch the heart and soul of his followers, now including religious leaders. Yet, it was not always this way. When Joseph started on Facebook in 2009, he had a vision in mind of how best to communicate the Good News message to others via the use of applicable images. In so doing, he suffered the brunt of displeasure (to a large degree) by many bishops, pastors, elders, priests and TV evangelist etc. who have ridiculed Joseph, and went as far as to call him derogatory names, condemning him because they felt he should not equate God with such secular images of human handiworks. For those who are familiar with Joseph's postings will agree that he has the utmost respect for the Most High GOD, Yahweh Elyon Yeshua.
Fast forward to 2014, it has become common place for the above mentioned individuals/groups to use background images with an overlay message--in essence, a picture speaks a thousand words. I am sure Joseph is please to see that many has adopted this style of message delivery. However, credit should be given to him for this creative method as well as his unfailing efforts to inspire and educate rather than to indoctrinate. Newcomers to Facebook has embraced this popular and well received style of posting not realizing that Joseph had experienced ridicule and scorn five years ago.
The human condition is of such that, it is easier to attack something which may appear strange or different to them. As so, out of ignorance they attack before weighing the positive side affects.
